Built on the foundations of a former perfume factory, and located in the centre of Milan, it is in the heart of the most fashionable design district.
An industrial core dressed in sophisticated style, for a 5-star hotel whose every room is inspired by scents around a magical inner garden, itself a true rarity in the city centre of Milan.
The more traditional aspects of the building blend with avant-garde design. The building incorporates the gallery structures typical of the Milanese architectural heritage, with reinterpretations of the brick wall work of the original factory. In the daytime, these walls express the material solidity of the original Milanese structure, while in the evening the backlighting brings them to life as a decorative element of the building.

For such an ambitious project, designed to recharge and refresh those who choose to stay in the liveliest part of the metropolis, the bathroom is an essential, spacious and welcoming space. It has just a few carefully designed elements in its luminous ambience, with all the amenities leading to the comfortable shower.
The basic element of the RARESystem is the sloping stainless steel integrated shower tray.
This can be clad with any material and customized to suit any surroundings.
