Project: studio RMA | Roberto Murgia Architetto e Benelli Architettura | Paola Benelli Architetto
Built on the foundations of a former perfume factory, in the heart of Milan's trendiest design district, stands Magna Pars. An industrial soul wrapped in a distinctly sophisticated touch, this five-star hotel features spaces inspired by olfactory notes, all arranged around a magical inner garden. A true rarity in the heart of Milan.
Alongside more traditional elements are cutting-edge design choices. From the “balcony-style” layout typical of Milanese architecture to brick walls that reinterpret the original masonry of the former factory. During the day, they express the materiality of one of Milan’s traditional building elements, while in the evening, thanks to backlighting, they become a decorative feature of the building.
SHOWER SPACE
Within such a rich project, designed for a place of rest in one of the liveliest areas of the city, the bathroom space is essential, spacious, and welcoming. Just a few refined elements—from lighting to amenities to a comfortable shower. At the heart of the RARE System is the watertight stainless steel tray with integrated slope. It can be clad with any material, making it adaptable to any environment.
